1. Contest object
The creation of an artifact representing the Nativity Scene tradition, interpreted through an art form of your choice

The contest is open to all citizens of the world!
3. Requirements for participation
Participation is free and reserved for everyone who's registered on our website and Likes our Facebook page
4. How to join?
Each participant can register only one work.
Registrations will be open from 8 to 19 December (h22 p.m.);
It will be possible to register the work for the competition by sending an email to the following box: ilpresepepiubello@yahoo.com (the "u" without accent).
The email must contain:
A video, which portrays the participating work with a maximum duration of 40 seconds (recommended for large works) or 5 photos of the work, 1 portraying the whole Nativity scene + 4 details (recommended for small works) . In the latter case, only one photograph will be published, while the other 4 will be taken into consideration for further evaluation. IMPORTANT: the videos that will exceed the duration of 40 seconds will not be accepted and therefore will not be registered in the competition.
The level in which you are interested in participating (1st level beginner or 2nd level professional). If it is not indicated, it will be chosen by the commission based on the participant's experience.
A brief description of the work, indicating the name (if any), materials and the technique used for its realization. (Descriptions considered too long will be cut off)
Finally, the following consent "I consent to the processing of data and authorize the publication of my work and any photo that portrays me as the winner"
IMPORTANT: e-mails without authorization will be discarded and therefore such participants will not be considered registered in the competition;
For each registration correctly registered we will leave a confirmation email.
5. Additional information
The competition will have 2 registration categories: 1st Level (beginners) and 2nd Level (Professionals). It will be up to the participant himself to decide in which category to register. The commission will reserve the right to change the category chosen by the participant, if it is deemed appropriate (for example if the participant chooses to enroll in the beginner level but we will consider that his work falls within the professional level or vice versa).
Registration for the competition will be valid from 8 December 2021 to 19 December 2021 h. 22.00 (each participant can register only 1 Nativity)
6. It is forbidden
Advertise the works for commercial purposes;
Use app to enter "Like" on Facebook (we will have control software available);
To register a work that has already participated in a previous edition, unless significant changes have been made to the structure (by enlarging it or assembling it with other pieces).
Any point listed above will result in disqualification of the participant!

7. Voting
Each category level will have its own vote and its own winners.
The vote will be divided into 2 phases:
1° Step
In this phase the Works will be voted through the "Like" of Facebook where it will be possible to share the post between friends and groups.
At the end of the public vote (already from Phase 1), the internal commission will leave a score between 0 and 3000 "Like" to the Works considered worthy, evaluating them as a whole.
The first 10 works of each single level, with the most "Likes" overall (audience + jury), will pass to the 2nd Phase of the voting.
2° Step
The internal commission will evaluate the first 10 classified works of each level, based on the following criteria:
a) Originality and setting
b) Craftsmanship and homogeneity of the work
c) Artistic quality
d) Difficulty and technique of realization
There will be 3 judges, internal to our company, who based on their experience will assign a score from 1 to 10 for each requirement.
Each level will have its own ranking and its own winners.
The Commission's judgment is definitive and incontrovertible.
Public voting will be active on our Facebook page from 27 December to 2 January
8. Awards

Each level will have its own ranking and its own winners.
1st place: €70 discount Voucher (to be spent within 6 months) + 15% discount* valid for 1 year (not cumulative) + 1st position plate
2nd place: €40 discount Voucher (to be spent within 6 months) + 15% discount* valid for 1 year (not cumulative) + 2nd position plate
3rd place: €25 discount Voucher (to be spent within 6 months) + 15% discount* valid for 1 year (not cumulative) + 3rd position plate
From 4th to 10th position: 10% discount* valid for 1 year (not cumulative)
8.2 Special awards
THE MOST ORIGINAL NATIVITY: The commission will evaluate the most original work among all entries in the competition.
THE MOST ARTISTIC NATIVITY: The commission will evaluate the most artistic work among all entries in the competition.
THE MOST ELABORATED NATIVITY: The commission will evaluate the most elaborate work among all the entries in the competition.
THE MOST VOTED NATIVITY ON FACEBOOK: The prize will go to the Opera that will receive the most "Like" on facebook
*PLEASE NOTE: vouchers and discounts can only be used on our website and not in our physical shop, except for the periods when the products are already on sale. (Black Friday, All Out etc.)
All winners must respect all the requirements to join the contest (point 3); the first 3 classified will be contacted by the company, which will leave information about prizes use.
9. Event dates
December 8th - December 19nd at 10:00 PM - SUBSCRIPTION
December 27th - January 2rd at 10:00 PM - 1° PHASE OF VOTING
Then there will be the the internal members voting (2° PHASE)
The rankings of the winners will be published by February (Top 10 classified by category + Special Awards)
